The role

This is a broad, hands-on Marketing Coordinator role where you'll help shape and deliver the firm's marketing strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and coordinating marketing plans and campaigns
- Managing website content, SEO and digital marketing activity
- Planning and creating content across social media, blogs, articles and other channels
- Supporting Google Ads, outdoor advertising and broader digital campaigns
- Managing marketing collateral, brand assets and staff branding
- Coordinating external marketing agencies, consultants and service providers
- Assisting with PR and media activity
- Supporting firm events and functions
- Managing marketing software and platforms
- Tracking campaign performance and preparing marketing reports and insights
- Working with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and improve marketing activity

You'll have the opportunity to work across both strategy and execution,



with the autonomy to manage your own projects and the support to develop your skills further.

About you

We're looking for a marketing professional who is proactive, organised and confident working independently.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive or similar role
- Solid written communication and content creation skills
- Experience across digital marketing, SEO, social media and website management
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with Canva or similar design platforms
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external providers
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute ideas
- Professional services or legal marketing experience will be highly regarded
