Marshall White, the benchmark in Melbourne's premium real estate market, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Campaign Advertising Coordinator to support a high performing residential sales team at our Hawthorn office. This is a 12 month contract covering maternity leave. ABOUT THE ROLE

You will deliver exceptional property marketing and campaign administration support within a high performing sales team on a 12 month contract, covering maternity leave. This is an all encompassing sales support role where your primary focus is keeping every campaign on track and delivered on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





- Manage all campaign advertising and marketing activity from listing to settlement
- Market properties across print and digital platforms
- Coordinate advertising schedules and budgets
- Prepare market and suburb reports
- Set up new property files
- Produce pre listing kits and listing presentations

- Support ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as required

ABOUT YOU

- Real estate administration and advertising experience
- Outstanding client service skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly supportive and successful sales team
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- A can do attitude and genuine initiative
- Experience with Box + Dice is well regarded but not essential
