About the role

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing at a leading luxury automotive dealership in Zetland. Working alongside the service team, you'll manage the reception area and ensure customers receive a premium level of service.

Key responsibilities

- Meeting and greeting customers on arrival

- Managing a busy reception area and ensuring customers are attended to promptly

- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls

- Checking customers in for vehicle servicing appointments

- Liaising with Service Advisors and other dealership staff

- Advising the appropriate team member when customers arrive

- Assisting with customer enquiries and providing a high level of service





- Coordinating customer pick-ups and vehicle collections

- Maintaining a professional and welcoming customer waiting area

- Managing emails and general reception administration

About you

- Previous reception, concierge or high-level customer service experience

- Experience within an automotive dealership or service centre highly regarded

- A professional and polished presentation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A warm, confident and welcoming manner

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy workplace

- Confidence dealing with a broad range of customers

- Good computer and administration skills
