About the Role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a $15 million Design & Construct community project.
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will oversee all day-to-day site operations from commencement through to practical completion, ensuring programme, quality and safety objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
- Coordinating site logistics, programme and sequencing of works.
- Driving site safety and ensuring compliance with all OH&S; requirements.
- Maintaining high quality standards throughout construction.
- Liaising with consultants,



subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving site issues to keep the project on programme.
- Leading site meetings and ensuring transparent communication across the project team.

Job Requirements
To be considered for the role, you will ideally have:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
- Previous exposure to Design & Construct projects.
- Experience delivering projects valued around $10M–$30M.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Relevant construction qualifications and current White Card.
