With a focus on exceptional service and unparalleled golfing experiences, we pride ourselves on providing an unforgettable experience for our members and guests. Our facilities include a stunning clubhouse, a bistro, a casual dining area, and a well-stocked bar. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality in both our food and beverage offerings.

Breakfast 8am-11am weekends. Bistro menu lunch Tue-Sun. Bistro Menu dinner 5:00-8:30 Thurs and Fri.

Bar open times: 10:00-18:00 Mon, Tue & Wed, 8:00-18:30 Sat and Sun. 8:00-22:00 Thurs and Fri.

Functions on Saturday PM from time to time.

Responsibilities:

Customer service and inventory control. Your day-to-day role will be ensuring communication is upheld to staff and customers whilst maintaining stock levels.

Serving meals and speaking with customers at their table will be a requirement.

Mentoring all FOH staff when the F&B; Manager and Bar Supervisor is not working.

Contributing to improving service.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with members, guests, suppliers,



and other stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Hold a current Responsible Person badge.

Well presented.

Robust knowledge of food and beverage operations.

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and memorable experience for our members and guests.

Ability to multitask.

Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Salary and hourly rate:

We offer a competitive renumeration, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Hourly rate employees are remunerated based on AWARD rates. Additionally, the Vines Golf Club provides attractive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
