Description

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with the team.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Officer should have:





- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce
- Exposure to Jet reports would be an advantage.
- A curious mindset and the ability to work through complex systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset.
