If your experience is better suited to quick-paced fit-outs, you could deliver the $2 million CBD office project. Either way, you will join a builder with varied work ahead rather than being recruited for a single project.

This Tier 3 builder delivers a diverse mix of commercial and institutional projects across Greater Melbourne. Their work spans detailed fit-outs through to structural new builds, with projects typically ranging from $1 million to $20 million. With multiple projects underway and a strong pipeline across Greater Melbourne, you will have genuine continuity beyond your first project.

To be considered, you will need previous experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects. Experience delivering either commercial new builds or office fit-outs will be considered. You must demonstrate strong subcontractor coordination, programming, safety and quality management, along with a stable employment history.
