Complete Tyre Solutions is seeking experienced Tyre Fitters to join our Darwin operations.

We provide professional tyre management and breakdown support services to customers operating across transport, mining, civil construction, energy, agriculture and other heavy industries.

Our team works with a modern service fleet and equipment, supporting customers with scheduled tyre maintenance, field servicing and breakdown response.

Key Responsibilities

- Fit, remove, repair and replace tyres on trucks and heavy vehicles.

- Carry out tyre inspections, pressure checks, rotations and preventative maintenance.

- Attend field service and breakdown requirements.

- Identify tyre wear, damage and other tyre-related issues.

- Use tyre servicing equipment safely and correctly.

- Maintain service vehicles, tools and equipment.

- Complete required service documentation and job records.





- Work independently when attending customer sites and breakdowns.

- Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship and customer service.

About You

We are looking for someone with practical tyre fitting experience who is comfortable working in a hands-on and customer-focused environment.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience fitting truck and heavy vehicle tyres.

- Experience with OTR, earthmoving, crane or heavy equipment tyres highly regarded.

- Experience working with tyres up to 25-inch rim diameter.

- A current manual driver’s licence.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.

- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

- A strong commitment to workplace safety.

- Good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with customers.

- The physical capability to safely perform manual handling duties associated with tyre fitting.

Qualifications

AUR21920 – Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology is highly regarded.

If you have relevant industry experience but do not currently hold the qualification, Complete Tyre Solutions may be able to support you in obtaining appropriate certification.
