Randstad is currently working with a public sector client to find an Instructional Designer. This role can be based remotely within Australia, however Queensland is preferred. The Instructional Designer will join a dynamic team focused on developing innovative blended learning solutions for classroom, workplace, and online environments.

Contract Length: Until 18th Dec 2026 with potential of extension
Location: Queensland based client however can be worked remotely
Max Pay Rate: $70 an hour + super
Weekly Hours: 36.25 hours per week

What You Will Do:

- Design and develop innovative blended learning solutions in collaboration with team members and clients.

- Review and create quality, compliant learning content and resources within a structured training framework.

- Apply instructional design principles to deliver educationally sound solutions for online, classroom, and workplace delivery.

- Work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams while following established project management protocols.

- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients while engaging with industry and business stakeholders.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

- Proven ability to analyse and review content structures,



applying strong instructional design principles across print and online formats.

- Demonstrated expertise in using educational technologies to design engaging, high-quality learning experiences.

- Strong project management capabilities, seeing tasks through to accurate and timely completion within agreed priorities.

- Ability to build and sustain positive relationships, working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary team environments.

- High level of flexibility, initiative, and responsiveness to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.

- Education sector experience is preferred.
