We are hiring a Spa Manager to lead the CIEL Spa team. As the Spa Manager at Mondrian Gold Coast, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Ciel Spa department, including rostering, recruitment and training, ensuring that guests receive exceptional, personalized service in line with our luxury brand standards.

- Leading and managing a team of talented professionals, driving service excellence and achieving departmental goals while fostering a culture of guest satisfaction

- Lead reception duties and presentations and guest welcome

- Generate rosters,



reports and staff performance reviews for leadership

- Maintain stock levels, purchasing and inventory levels

- Provide services such as massage, facial and body treatments to guests including exclusive VIP guests

- Monitor and maintain the appearance and organization of the spa, ensuring it reflects the luxury standards of the CIEL brand

To be successful you will have:

- Proven success as a Spa Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel or resort.

- Hands-on experience as a beauty therapist or similar role in a luxury spa or wellness environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.

- Must hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or a similar qualification.

- A valid First Aid Certificate or the ability to obtain one

- Sound understanding of emerging trends in the industry.

- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop and inspire teams.
