Lead Two Growing Healthcare Clinics

Releaf Clinics is one of Australia's leading providers of holistic healthcare, helping patients access innovative treatment options through our integrated network of clinics, pharmacies, and dispensaries.

As we continue to expand nationally, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee operations across our Fortitude Valley and Caloundra clinics. This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare leader who is passionate about patient care, operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day management of both clinic locations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare standards. You will lead clinic teams across both sites, working closely with doctors, nurses, and support staff to maintain a collaborative, patient-focused culture. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys variety and can confidently oversee multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across the Fortitude Valley and Caloundra clinics

- Ensure consistency in patient care, service delivery, and operational processes across both locations

- Lead, mentor, and develop Medical Receptionists and Nurses

- Manage staffing, rostering, onboarding, performance reviews, and training

- Support the nursing team with operational guidance and issue resolution

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and accreditation requirements

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinic performance

- Monitor clinic KPIs and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency

- Assist with audits, quality assurance programs, and compliance activities

- Build strong relationships with patients, clinicians, suppliers,



and key stakeholders

- Foster a positive, professional, and high-performing workplace culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare leadership role

- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams

- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Experience managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment

- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and practice management systems

- A patient-first mindset and commitment to service excellence

Highly Regarded

- Experience within medicinal cannabis, specialist healthcare, primary care, or allied health

- Nursing, clinical leadership, or healthcare management experience

- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and quality standards

Requirements

- Australian working rights

- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

- Current unrestricted driver's license

- Ability to travel between the Fortitude Valley and Caloundra clinics as required
