Motherson Accessories is a group of companies operating at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, automotive industry, aftermarket products, mobility, and sustainable innovation. As part of the Motherson Group — one of the world's largest and most diversified automotive suppliers.

The Global Head of Human Resources will serve as the senior-most HR leader for Motherson Accessories, acting as a critical partner to the COO and senior leaders. This is a key management role that demands both a global/growth mindset and strong operational excellence. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering on the global people requirements, supporting the inorganic growth, building and supporting a impactful HR function across a global footprint, and fostering a culture that drives performance, innovation, and belonging across all geographies. Coordination of an impending implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, cross regionally.

You will be reporting directly to the COO, and your key responsibilities will entail the following but not limited to,

Global People Strategy

- Define and align: Develop the global people strategy to support MA’s business objectives, growth plans, organisational design and workforce requirements.

- Advise and execute: Act as a trusted people advisor to the COO and leadership team while translating global HR priorities into effective regional and business-level initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Management

- Attract and retain: Build a strong global talent acquisition strategy to attract, develop and retain high-calibre talent across functions and geographies.

- Build leadership pipeline: Strengthen succession planning, career development and leadership capabilities for critical roles, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to support performance and retention.

Organisational Development & Culture

- Drive effectiveness and change:



Lead organisational effectiveness, restructuring, change management and capability-building initiatives to support business transformation.

- Build culture: Embed MA’s values and culture through employee engagement, inclusion and culture-integration programmes, particularly during M&A; and market expansion.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

- Ensure competitive rewards: Oversee global compensation and benefits frameworks to maintain market competitiveness, internal equity and alignment with business priorities.

- Improve HR operations: Digitise and streamline HR processes while ensuring compliance with local employment laws, regulations and global HR governance standards.

HR Technology & Analytics

- Enable digital HR: Drive adoption and effective use of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technologies to improve employee experience and HR process efficiency.

- Use data to drive decisions: Leverage workforce analytics and people insights to identify trends, inform leadership decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

- Build global partnerships: Partner with regional HR leaders and business heads to ensure consistent execution of the people agenda while responding to local business needs.

- Align with the group: Represent MA in group and regional HR activities and work closely with MG to align with enterprise-wide HR frameworks while retaining appropriate business flexibility.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

● Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field, preferred.



Bachelor’s degree required.

● 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/global HR leadership role.

● Demonstrated experience managing HR across multiple geographies, preferably in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

● Deep expertise in talent management, organisational development, C&B;, and HR operations.

● Proven track record of engaging and influencing at a senior level.

● Experience in a high-growth, global organisation, ideally within manufacturing, technology, or automotive sectors with complex matrix structures.

● Strong command of HR compliance, labour law frameworks, and risk management across jurisdictions, or the ability to adapt to manage.

Preferred

● Experience in post-merger HR integration and managing a matrix organisation.

● Familiarity with HR technology ecosystems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).

● Certifications such as MAHRI, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent.
