NDIS Support Worker – ABN Required We are seeking a reliable, caring, patient, and experienced NDIS Support Worker to support an 11-year-old girl with developmental and communication needs. Key Responsibilities Provide consistent support with toilet training, with the goal of helping her become independently toilet trained. Encourage and support speaking, verbal communication, and language development. Assist with education, learning, literacy, writing, and communication activities appropriate to her age and abilities. Encourage regular physical activity, exercise, outdoor play, and age-appropriate activities. Take her to the park and suitable community activities when appropriate. Support the development of independence, confidence, communication, and daily living skills. Follow the family’s routines and individual support goals. Provide patient, respectful, positive,



and compassionate support in a protected and supportive environment. Requirements Certificate IV in a relevant field. Previous NDIS or disability support experience preferred. Valid Australian driver’s licence. ABN required. Current Police Check. Current Working with Children Check (WWCC). Current NDIS Worker Screening Check. Excellent communication skills. Genuine interest in supporting children with developmental and communication needs. Reliable, patient, responsible, caring, and compassionate approach.
