About the role

Front of House operator at Guerrilla Coffee, one of Northern Tasmania's largest local coffee retailers with several outlets across Launceston. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy café environment and takes pride in delivering great customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and serving Guerrilla Coffee beverages and food products with consistency and care

- Providing friendly and efficient customer service

- Operating the point-of-sale system and handling customer transactions

- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked outlet

- Restocking products and supplies throughout service

- Supporting the wider team during busy periods

- Completing general cleaning and front-of-house duties

About you

- Reliable, punctual and well presented

- Friendly, positive and customer focused

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Able to work well as part of a team and follow direction

- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues





- Comfortable handling cash and completing basic calculations

- Experienced in customer service or hospitality, although training can be provided for the right person

- Previous barista experience is highly regarded, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important

- Available for approximately 30 hours or more per week, including a combination of weekdays and weekends

- Early-morning and weekend availability is essential
