About the Role

Bradley Trade Services is growing, and we are looking for one or potentially two highly organised and proactive Trade Schedulers to join our team.

This is a key role within our operations team, responsible for coordinating trades, managing work schedules and helping ensure our projects progress efficiently from start to finish.

Our work spans both residential and commercial projects and our field team includes skilled carpenters, painters, tilers, roofers, electricians, landscapers and more.

The right person will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, communicates confidently with trades and internal teams, and takes ownership of getting things done.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trade Scheduler, you will play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling and coordinating trades across multiple jobs and projects

- Allocating work to subcontractors and internal trades

- Managing daily and forward work schedules

- Liaising with trades, supervisors, project managers and internal staff

- Monitoring job progress and following up outstanding works

- Ensuring trades attend jobs within required timeframes

- Managing changes to schedules and responding to urgent or unexpected issues

- Communicating appointment and scheduling information where required

- Maintaining accurate job and scheduling information within our systems

- Identifying scheduling issues, delays and potential risks before they impact delivery

- Building strong working relationships with our trade network

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination or administration within construction, maintenance or trade services

- Experience working with government maintenance contracts highly regarded





- Experience coordinating multiple trades and jobs simultaneously

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- The ability to problem-solve and think ahead

- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Good computer and administration skills

- The ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion

Experience using construction or job management software will also be advantageous.
