The successful candidate will be responsible in providing exceptional customer service at our Shell Ballina locations.

We are Locals so our focus is our customers, and you must be prepared to work on the frontline ensuring our customers are served in the most safe, efficient and friendly manner as possible.

About you what we are looking for,

- You will be organised and an energetic person who possesses sound computer and administrative skills

- You have excellent presentation and communication skills a vibrant personality who can quickly build a report with both customers and colleges

- You will be fit and active, this role will at times be physically demanding, meaning you must be able to lift up to 20kg.





- You will be able to multitask and priorities duties without sacrificing customer experience.

- You have a safety-first mindset with a level-head in an emergency.

- You will be adaptable with your schedule and be able to commit to a full range of shifts including early morning opens, late-night closes, weekends and public holidays.
