ClearHire is building a team of experienced Civil Plant Operators for upcoming and ongoing civil construction and earthworks projects across Adelaide and South Australia.

We’re looking to hear from reliable operators with solid civil experience across one or more of the following:

- Excavators – various sizes
- Dozers – D4 to D10
- Graders
- Wheel Loaders
- Skid Steers
- Backhoes
- Moxy / Articulated Dump Trucks
- Water Carts

About the work You’ll be working across a range of civil construction, earthworks and infrastructure projects, operating up-to-date plant and equipment.
Depending on your experience, work may include:

- Bulk earthworks and excavation
- Detailed excavation
- Trenching and site preparation
- Roadworks
- Final trim
- Cut and fill
- Loading and material handling
- General civil construction activities

Experience operating GPS, 3D machine control or final-trim equipment will be highly regarded.
What we’re looking for To be considered, you’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience operating plant within civil construction or earthworks




- Relevant plant competencies/tickets for the machinery you operate
- Construction White Card
- Strong commitment to site safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a civil crew
- Reliable transport and driver’s licence
- Good communication and a reliable attitude

Experience with Trimble, Topcon, Leica, GPS, UTS/LPS or other machine-control systems is highly regarded.
Multi-skilled operators are strongly encouraged to apply.
