What we’re really looking for
We’re looking for people who:

- Genuinely enjoy working with people, and build trust naturally
- Stay calm and use good judgement when things don't go to plan
- Are patient, reliable, and know how to really listen
- Are comfortable using initiative and making decisions

Your previous career, your life experience and the skills you’ve developed along the way can all make you a great Support Worker.





What you’ll need

- Current P2 or open’s driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Working with Children’s Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
- First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
- The right to work in Australia
