A well established, multisite group with a robust reputation across its sector. Backed for growth, and now deep into a major transformation programme to bring together payroll across a large number of sites onto a single, harmonised structure. Based in Sydney CBD.

The role
This is a hands-on payroll role sitting right in the middle of a live transformation programme. You'll keep BAU payroll running smoothly across a mix of pay cycles and systems, while also getting involved in the detail of the harmonisation itself, testing changes, flagging inconsistencies and helping bring consistency across the group.
You'll:

- Process payroll across weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles for sites ranging from small teams through to well over a hundred staff
- Work across multiple payroll systems, with exposure to ADP Payline a bonus
- Support harmonisation of pay frequencies, leave rules and conditions across the group
- Take part in test pay runs and check that system changes have flowed through correctly
- Flag anything that looks inconsistent and raise it with the project team

About you

- Solid payroll processing experience, ideally across multiple entities or systems




- Comfortable working across a few systems at once, not just one
- A genuine self starter, happy dealing with moving parts and change
- Strong Excel skills
- Organised, and comfortable asking questions when something's unclear
