Due to an internal promotion, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Restoration Coordinator to join our Cardiff team.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, taking ownership and seeing jobs through from start to finish.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating restoration claims, working closely with customers, insurers, technicians and our wider trade network to keep jobs moving and deliver the best possible outcome.

We’re not looking for someone who simply waits for the next task. We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident, proactive and comfortable making decisions in a high-volume environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Coordinate restoration claims from allocation through to completion

- Allocate technicians and contractors across our restoration network

- Manage a high-volume portfolio while keeping priorities on track

- Proactively follow up jobs and drive them through each stage

- Communicate with customers, insurers, trades and internal teams

- Monitor timeframes, costs and service expectations

- Quickly identify issues and find solutions to keep jobs moving

- Maintain accurate job information and updates within Prime





- Assist with Make Protected coordination during peak and event periods

- Work closely with our Restoration and Operations teams nationally

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have experience in insurance repairs, restoration, building, or similar coordination environment. You will needs HANDS ON experience in trade coordination.

More importantly, you’ll be someone who:

- Takes ownership and follows things through

- Can confidently manage competing priorities

- Is comfortable working at pace

- Communicates well with different people and personalities

- Has strong attention to detail

- Can solve problems without needing constant direction

- Enjoys being part of a team but can work independently

- Wants to continue learning and growing within the business

Experience with Prime EcoSystem would be highly regarded but isn’t essential.

The Details

This is a predominantly office-based position at our Cardiff office, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
