You will play an important role in supporting our Matraville depot operations, including collecting and delivering freight for existing and new customer contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Collection and delivery of freight
- Airport, freight terminal and customer collections
- Multi-drop pickups and deliveries
- Safe loading and unloading of freight
- Operating an MR truck safely and professionally
- Forklift operation and freight handling
- Assisting with warehouse and cargo processing when required
- Freight scanning and basic computer-based processing
- Ensuring freight is handled securely and delivered on time
- Maintaining WHS and Chain of Responsibility requirements
About you
- Current MR Truck Licence – essential
- Current Forklift Licence – essential
- Minimum 2 years' truck driving experience
- Good driving record
- Solid knowledge of Sydney roads and transport routes
- Experience with multi-drop pickups and deliveries
- Airfreight, sea freight, courier or logistics experience highly regarded
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our operational systems
- Strong focus on safety and compliance
