About the Company
Our client is a growing client-side project management consultancy that has quickly established itself as a trusted partner to some of Australia's leading institutional, developer and private sector clients. Since launching, they've built an impressive portfolio across student accommodation, Build-to-Rent, data centres, healthcare, education, commercial and mixed-use developments, with a strong focus on quality project delivery, long-term client relationships and developing their people.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint either a Project Manager or an experienced Contract Administrator ready to make the move client-side.
The successful candidate will initially work across a landmark Student Accommodation tower and a large-scale Build-to-Rent apartment development, with exposure to a pipeline of high-profile projects across Melbourne.

About the Role
Reporting to experienced Project Directors, you'll become part of a collaborative team delivering projects from design development through procurement, construction and handover.
Depending on your background, responsibilities may include:

- Managing projects on behalf of institutional and private clients
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
- Programming, procurement and tender management
- Contract administration and project financial reporting
- Managing project risks, variations and programme
- Chairing meetings and preparing client reports
- Monitoring construction progress,



quality and commercial outcomes
- Supporting projects from feasibility through to completion

This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to transition from a contractor into client-side project management, or for an existing client-side Project Manager wanting exposure to larger, more complex developments.

Job Requirements
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

- Around 5+ years' experience in construction or project management
- Experience as either a Project Manager or Contract Administrator
- Strong exposure to multi-residential apartments, Build-to-Rent or Student Accommodation projects
- Experience working for a head contractor, developer or project management consultancy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial understanding of contracts and project delivery
- Relevant construction, engineering or property qualification
- A proactive attitude and desire to build a long-term client-side career
