We are seeking 2 x experienced Project Managers to join a large-scale and strategically important program within Queensland Government. Working as part of a Program Delivery team, you will provide project management expertise to support complex program outcomes, governance requirements, and organisational change initiatives.

These roles will suit highly organised project professionals who are experienced in delivering outcomes within complex stakeholder environments and can effectively manage project planning, reporting, governance, and change activities.

Available Roles:

- Project Manager - Efficacy Stream: This role will focus on translating strategic program objectives into practical and measurable project outcomes. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful delivery against agreed milestones and governance requirements.
- Project Manager - Program Office / Knowledge Management: This role will lead the management of program documentation, governance registers, knowledge management frameworks, evidence repositories, and document control processes. You will ensure that critical program information is captured, maintained, accessible, and managed in accordance with governance and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage projects in accordance with recognised project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, communication plans, and change management plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Provide regular reporting to project stakeholders, governance boards, and senior leadership.
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues as required.




- Coordinate governance activities and maintain compliance with organisational standards and policies.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, resources, and reporting requirements.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and program teams.
- Support business change initiatives and transition activities into business-as-usual operations.
- Collaborate with communication and change resources to support stakeholder engagement and adoption.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project delivery excellence.
- Where required, lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes within agreed scope, timeframes, budget, and quality objectives.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects in large government, enterprise, or regulated environments.
- Strong project governance, planning, scheduling, risk, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Proven ability to drive project outcomes in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives.

Highly Desirable:

- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) certification.
- Experience with business process modelling.
- Experience in business change management.
- Knowledge of governance, assurance, and compliance frameworks.
