ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Brine Supervisor, you will be responsible for the hands‑on operation of machinery and equipment across our brine network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in remote environments, takes pride in safe work practices, and enjoys problem‑solving in a dynamic operational setting.

Key responsibilities include:

- Safely installing, removing, repairing, and inspecting bores, pipelines, and associated pipework

- Completing daily inspections, routine checks, and accurate shift documentation

- Carrying out scheduled and unplanned operational tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and escalating when required

- Operating machinery and equipment safely, within manufacturer and statutory guidelines

- Reporting defects, hazards, incidents, and non‑compliance promptly while actively participating in safety activities (Toolbox meetings, Take‑5s, JHAs)

- Supporting continuous improvement, cost‑control initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance

ABOUT YOU

You’re a driven, hands‑on operator with strong integrity and a genuine commitment to safe, high‑quality work.



You thrive in a team environment and take pride in maintaining exceptional standards.

To be successful you will have:

- Minimum 18 months experience operating and maintaining brine systems

- Current “HR” Class Western Australian driver’s license.

- Construction White Card.

- Obtainment of Loader, Telehandler, Excavator, Dogman and Basic Rigging tickets

- Intermediate computer literacy, including Office 365

- Experience using Pronto (intermediate level)

- Experience in brine operations, submersible pumps, and HDPE pipeline systems

- Experience with pressurised conveyance systems and pumping infrastructure
