Formwork Carpenter/Concreter

Fusion Civil is a civil construction company, specialising in precast concrete and all types of retaining works and noise walls across NSW.

We are seeking a Formwork Carpenter to join Precast concrete team at our Warnervale yard.

You will be working closely with a great team of qualified tradespeople, labourers and site supervisors.

About Us

Fusion Civil has projects for major infrastructure programs across New South Wales.

Openings exists for enthusiastic, Form worker's, Concreters to assist in executing our major projects at our new operations in Warnervale.

The Fusion Civil yard operates between Monday to Friday 05:00am to 19:00pm. We work some Saturdays, only when needed.

About the Position

Ideally you will have experience in any of the following - formwork or concreting in construction or Precast Concrete and have an attitude that accepts challenges, enjoys learning and a rapid-paced environment.

You will be joining a team working towards meeting daily production targets, along with maintaining company policies.

You will have an attitude that accepts challenge, enjoys learning and development matched with your existing experience and skills.

About You





As a minimum you will be able to demonstrate a track record of the following.

- Take accountability and work independently,

- Experience in concrete formwork

- Minimum 1-2 years of formwork or concreting experience required

- Relevant hands-on experience

- Excellent communication skills, reliable, hardworking and well-organised with a high attention to detail,

- Focused on "getting the job done" with a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills,

- Valid driving licence required,

Desirable:

- Certificates; First Aid, Working at Heights, Dogman / Rigger, C6 Licence (advantage)

- Trade qualification in formwork or concreting,

- Form moulds, tie steel and place concrete.

You will need to have the following:

- Valid White card

- Physical Fitness

- Flexibility with start and finish times

- Can do attitude.

- Willing to undertake a variety of duties
