About the role

Optimum Health Solutions is looking for a friendly, organised Client Services Officer to join our team on a full time basis. This role is based at our centralised head office, currently located in Liverpool. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, making sure every enquiry, booking, and follow-up is handled with care and attention to detail. If you enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Client Engagement & Communication

- Manage all inbound client and referrer enquiries by phone, email, and in person

- Make outbound calls to follow up with new enquiries

- Book appointments for new clients and manage any scheduling changes

Client Onboarding & Documentation

- Complete referral forms and client profiles

- Monitor and manage the client waitlist to keep scheduling running smoothly

Team Collaboration

- Keep client records accurate and up to date

- Work closely with the wider team to make sure every client has a good experience from first call to first appointment

What we're looking for





- Previous experience in a customer service, call centre or administrative role, ideally in healthcare or social services

- Clear, friendly communication skills and a professional manner

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM software

- An eye for detail and a genuine care for getting records right

- A flexible approach, comfortable working independently or as part of a team
