Sales Representative – Solar | No Experience Required

No sales experience? No problem.

We're looking for confident, motivated people who enjoy talking to others to join our Brisbane field sales team.

You don't need a sales background. If you've worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, fitness, events, sport, promotions, or you're simply someone who is outgoing, competitive and excellent with people — we'd love to hear from you.

You'll receive full training and ongoing coaching, so we'll teach you the sales side of the role.

What you'll be doing

You'll work in allocated areas, speaking with homeowners face-to-face and introducing them to RESINC Solar's energy solutions.

Your role is to:

- Speak with homeowners and create genuine customer engagement

- Identify customers who may benefit from solar

- Book qualified appointments for our Solar Specialists

- Represent the RESINC brand professionally

- Work toward individual and team targets

- Receive regular coaching to improve your communication and sales skills

This is a people-focused, active role. If you'd rather be out meeting people than sitting behind a desk all day, this could be a great fit.
