About Us
Beyond Early Learning offers a unique learning environment, where wellbeing guides our approach to early childhood education. Through Flow Learning, children are enabled to learn spontaneously but also with intentionality preparing them not only for school, but for life.
As a proud South Australian not for profit operator and part of Scotch Enterprises, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scotch College Adelaide, we draw on years of experience in the education sector to deliver a quality early learning offering that has wellbeing at its core.

- Pay: Remuneration is under the Children’s Services Award Support work classification with level based on experience.
- The "Better with Beyond" Vibe: Your wellbeing isn't a buzzword; it’s our priority. We have personal development and career opportunities as we grow in South Australia.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy regular, predictable day-time office hours in a vibrant and supportive environment.
- Employee Perks:
Discounted childcare gap fees, paid annual First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, together with optional annual influenza vaccinations.
- Christmas shutdown period: take the week to relax, recharge and spend time with your loved ones over the Christmas period.
The Role: Operational Anchor & Welcoming Face
As our Admin Officer, you will manage front-of-house operations and provide vital administrative support across the centre. You will:
- Provide a warm, professional, and helpful welcome to all families, visitors, and children.
- Manage customer service inquiries, family tour bookings, enrolments, waitlists, and orientation administrative processes.
- Support CCS (Child Care Subsidy) administration, billing, payment processing, and account inquiries.
- Assist the Centre Director with general administration, including staff rostering records, filing, compliance documentation, and order/inventory management.
- Utilise childcare management OWNA and office technology to maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant records.
Is this you?
· The Organised Professional: Proven experience in an administration, customer service,
or office coordination role (experience in early childhood education or care settings is highly regarded).
· The Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service approach.
· Tech Proficient: Confident using childcare management software (e.g., QikKids, Xap, OWNA, or similar), Microsoft Office 365, and digital database platforms.
