About the role

We're looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our growing team in New Lambton. You will manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, providing excellent service and building trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors while ensuring all properties meet legal and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a diverse portfolio alongside a dedicated assistant, keeping everything running smoothly

- Provide excellent service and build trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

- Ensure all properties meet legal and safety requirements

About you

- Previous experience in residential property management

- Experience in commercial property management desirable but not essential

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- A genuine team player who values respect and reliability

- Tech-savvy and comfortable with property management software

- Real Estate License





- Current driver's licence
