Job Requirements

An opportunity exists for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Melbourne Outlet, based in Cremorne. The Assistant Store Manager will partner with the Store Manager in leading a team of passionate brand ambassadors whilst embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand: bringing optimism, creativity, and sophistication in everything they do. Inspire the team by leading by example to create a collaborative and motivating environment that fosters a shared brand vision.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide strong leadership to your team, lead by example and present as a ZIMMERMANN role model.




- Maximize sales by striving to be the best at providing excellence in client service, visual presentation and creating a memorable brand experience.
- Ensure all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge.
- Promote an enjoyable and collaborative working environment with passion, focus and discipline.
- Drive the recruitment process in line with ZIMMERMANN’s Diversity and inclusion vision.
- To successfully lead and develop a high performing team that achieves individual and team sales results, builds strong team morale and a positive workplace attitude.
- To ensure that a consistent high standard of visual presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive.
- Oversee store operations including stock management.
- To promote and always uphold the non-negotiable standards of the work health and safety policies and procedures.
- To ensure that administration is carried out accurately and efficiently in line with ZIMMERMANN policies and procedures.
