LME Care is seeking a compassionate SIL Support Worker to join our team in Ipswich, Queensland. You’ll provide day-to-day care, help participants try recent experiences, and support independence while coordinating with families and stakeholders.
Ideal applicants hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support (or equivalent), current First Aid/CPR, a valid driver’s licence, and NDIS/WCC checks. Experience with the NDIS is preferred, with MAYBO or crisis training a bonus.
