We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Truck Drivers to join a busy Loadout team at our processing facility in Grantham . This hands-on role involves operating trucks and combi-lifts to source, inspect, position, and transport containers throughout the site while ensuring all food safety, cold-chain, and security requirements are met.
This position is ideal for experienced drivers who enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment, have a strong commitment to safety, and take pride in maintaining accurate records and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate trucks and combi-lifts safely throughout the site
- Complete pre-start inspections and safety checks
- Source and transport containers according to load schedules
- Conduct 7-point container inspections and report any damage
- Photograph containers and record inspection information
- Connect containers to 3-phase power and set required temperatures
- Monitor refrigeration units and report alarms or faults
- Complete Container Register Forms and associated documentation
- Weigh full containers and print weight dockets
- Apply container labels, locks, and security tags
- Follow all dock procedures, traffic management plans, and site safety requirements
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and clean work areas at the end of shift
About You
- Current Truck Driver's Licence
- Current Forklift and/or Combi-Lift competency/sign-off
- Previous experience operating trucks, forklifts, or container handling equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork and records
- Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environments
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work effectively within a team environment
- Flexible to work rotating shifts when required

- Rotating roster with weekday and weekend requirements
- Consistent full-time hours

Afternoon Shift
- Monday to Friday roster
- Afternoon shift loading applies
- Ongoing full time hours available
Pay Rates Day Shift
- Truck Driver - Loadout: $32.94/hr
Weekend penalties are incorporated into the applicable rates where relevant.
