Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking a Community Connect Worker to support individuals, families and the Eagleby community with information, referrals and ongoing engagement. The role focuses on building community capacity and providing brokerage to access essential services.

You will contribute to a warm, inclusive workplace, work with families to plan forward and complete necessary reporting and data collection while adhering to workplace health and safety practices.
