The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Room Leader to join the team in a permanent position , with a 4-day week also considered for the right candidate.
This role is perfect for a Lead Educator who values building strong connections with children and families and enjoys being part of a supportive community-focused team. As Lead Educator, you will mentor and inspire fellow educators, contribute to meaningful and engaging learning programs, and help create a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold aDiploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Have strong knowledge of theEYLF andNQS
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Be an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Build strong and lasting relationships with children and families
You will also need:
- Current Working With Children Check
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Child Protection Training (RRHAN)
- Mandatory National Child Safety Training
