Are you a self-motivated individual with a passion for health and wellness? Anytime Fitness Doughty Group is looking for enthusiastic Membership Consultants to join our dynamic team to support Members.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking an outgoing, eager-to-learn, and people-focused individual to join our tight-knit team. Whether you're a student in the health and wellness sector or possess robust customer service skills from a different background, we want you! Our team values a positive attitude and will provide the necessary support for your growth. This role will commence on a casual basis , providing an opportunity for both you and the business to ensure the role is the right fit. For candidates who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and consistently perform at a high standard,



there will be an chance to be considered for a full time position after approximately 4 months .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet and welcome potential and existing members.
- Manage a team of casual consultants and personal trainers.
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Organize in-club and community events.
- Generate new sales leads within the club and local community.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive club culture.
- Maintain club cleanliness standards.
- Promote the Anytime Fitness brand within the local community.

AVAILABILITY:

- Monday - Thursday (10am-7pm) and Saturday (9am-12pm).
- 20-38 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE:

- Previous customer service experience in retail or similar sectors.
- Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms.
- Interest in a healthy lifestyle.

ESSENTIAL CERTIFICATIONS:

- Current Working with Children BlueCard Check.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current CPR Certificate.
