About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, full-time Café Assistant / Barista to run our in-house café, situated within our Baulkham Hills Residential Aged Care facility. We are looking for a self-motivated and vibrant barista who can craft a delicious cup of coffee for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

- Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress
- Hands‑on experience with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
