Occupational Therapist - Aged Care Reablement (0.6FTE) Eldercare Sydney, NSW, AU

Job Description

Eldercare seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to enhance mobility, independence and wellbeing for residents in our aged care facilities in Mount Barker, SA. This fixed term 0.6 FTE role runs until 30 April 2027 and offers a supportive, multidisciplinary workplace with a focus on reablement and group-based exercise.
