About the role

Join a vibrant, collaborative clinical team where no two days are the same. As an IVF Nurse Coordinator, you’ll enjoy variety and depth in your work , guiding patients through every stage of their fertility journey while working closely with specialists, scientists, and fellow nurses in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

From coordinating care and delivering treatments to educating and emotionally supporting patients, you’ll play a central role in creating a seamless, compassionate experience — all while continuing to build your expertise in a highly specialised field.

What you’ll bring

- Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
- 3–5+ years’ experience (fertility preferred)




- Strong clinical skills in phlebotomy, medication administration and TV USS highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach
- A positive outlook and ability to support patients through emotional journeys
