In this crucial customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers. Our Sales Assistants are the face of our business, ensuring our store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and that every customer leaves happy.

Key responsibilities

- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service
- Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions
- Maintaining the store's visual appeal by restocking shelves, tidying displays, and ensuring a clean and organised retail setting
- Handling cash and card payments and balancing the till at the end of each shift




- Supporting the management team with various administrative tasks as required

About you

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferred but not essential
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
