Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join the HASI Plus program in Carlingford on a part time basis. You will work across AM, PM and overnight shifts to support adults transitioning from hospital care to community living.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support daily living skills and complete accurate documentation. A Certificate IV in Mental Health or Community Services is required, with experience in mental health valued.
