Disability Support Worker - Gold Coast | Coomera, Southport, Mermaid Beach

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Northern Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.What you will be doingNo two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them. This could include:Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasksSupporting someone to get out into the communityAttending appointments or social activitiesMedication supportAssistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)

Shifts are availableacross a variety oftimes,and we will work with you to build a permanent rosterthat suits your availability.

What you’ll need

- A passion for people and a focus on great customer service
- A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes
- Great listening and respectful communication skills
- CurrentFirst Aid & CPRcertificates(or willing to obtain)
- Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these)
- Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport
