Key Responsibilities

- Providing exceptional customer service across gaming, bar, and reception
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
- Handling cash and payouts.
- Greeting members and guests and assisting with enquiries
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming venue
- Monitoring responsible service and compliance standards

Minimum 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience required

Must have:

- Over the age of 18 years old
- Current RSA, RCG and ARCG
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and public holidays
