We are seeking an enthusiastic Educator to join our supportive and passionate team with a long history of excellence and stability. Set within a large natural environment, this centre provides children with rich opportunities to explore, engage, and develop confidence through hands‑on experiences both indoors and outdoors.

Key responsibilities

- Support children's learning through play, exploration, and meaningful connections
- Facilitate outdoor and nature-based learning experiences
- Support emotional well-being and holistic development
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and problem‑solving through loose parts play

About you

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards)
- Ideally 2+ years' experience in an early learning environment
- Interest in nature-based learning and play‑based education (support and mentoring provided)
- A collaborative team player with a positive, professional approach
- Passion for ongoing learning and career development
- Above Award Wages,
