Job Description
The Salvation Army Foley House is seeking a Case Manager to support residents in Footscray, VIC. This fixed‐term, full‐time role reports to the Homelessness Manager and uses person-centred, capacity‐building approaches to improve residents' health, independence and life quality.

You will work with a team-oriented team to empower 45 men experiencing homelessness with complex needs, including trauma, mental health and AOD challenges, delivering trauma‐informed support and coordinated services.
