Job Description
Lyka is seeking a strategic leader to drive the national veterinary channel and scale a field sales team across clinics. You will plan territory coverage, manage KPIs, recruit and develop the Veterinary BDM team, and build strong clinician relationships through field visits and industry events.
The role requires robust CRM usage, cross-functional collaboration, and regular interstate travel to grow Lyka's pet-nutrition platform in Australia. Hybrid office-based role in Sydney and Melbourne.
