Having just won several new national (and international) clients, thisnationalpublic relations agency is now seeking an experienced communications leader who can build on existing client relationships and drive new business acquisition.
n
The Prospect:
n
n
Support the ManagingDirector and assist in developing client growth
n
Lead the development and execution of the client's business strategy
n
Keep on top of local trends to develop client brands
n
Maintain a positive workplace culture through continuous sharing and development
n
Gather insights from data analytics and planning
n




Maintain a robust understanding of the communications spectrum (creative, content, social and digital)
n
Work with teams across locations (ability to travel interstate is ideal)
n
Mentor and manage a small team of PR staff
n
n
You:
n
n
Live inSydney
n
3+years of experience in a similar PR role (agency-side preferred)
n
Previous experience managing and leading junior staff members is ideal
n
Experienced in integrated PR and communications
n
Well networked within the communications industry
n
Previous business management and development experience
n
Strong communication and presentation skills
n
Team-oriented and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
n
