SPT Labtech is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to own and run day-to-day IT, leading a small team across the UK and US. You will manage helpdesk operations, asset and user lifecycle, M365 administration, and operational networking.
You will shape this role by setting standards, building processes and deciding how the team delivers, while reporting to the IT Director and maintaining IT documentation and security operations.
