Aged Care Clinical Assessor - Versatile Travel & Impact Catholic Healthcare Limited Sydney, NSW, AU

Job Description

Catholic Healthcare Limited invites applications for a Clinical Aged Care Assessor to join the ACAS team in Northern Sydney. The role involves travel around Northern Sydney, conducting comprehensive aged care assessments, and determining eligibility for home support services using the Integrated Assessment Tool (IAT).

Successful candidates will have a health-related qualification, AHPRA registration, a valid Australian driver's license, and willingness to obtain a Police Check.
