Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Administration Officer Level 3 to support Westmead Hospital outpatient clinics. You will provide high‐level clerical, reception and patient services to ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations in a quick-paced workplace.

You will manage appointments, registrations and waitlists, respond to patient inquiries, assist with Medicare bulk billing and related admin tasks, and contribute to service improvements within a patient‐centred team at NSW Health.
