About the Role

Working closely with lawyers across the Insurance team, you will provide high-level legal and administrative support across a range of matters.

The Role:

- Managing diaries, appointments and travel arrangements
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
- Preparing and formatting legal documentation
- Opening and closing matters and maintaining accurate file records
- Processing billing using Elite 3E
- Maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems
- Providing general administrative and ad-hoc support to the team

About You:

The successful candidate will have:





- 3+ years' experience in a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in Litigation (Insurance or Commercial)
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office
- A high level of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
